The 12-week online unassisted running plan is specifically designed for complete beginners who want to progress from their current fitness level to running a 5k race. It provides a structured training schedule that gradually builds endurance and prepares you for the 5k distance. The plan includes a combination of walking and running intervals, gradually increasing the running duration while allowing for adequate recovery. It also incorporates strength and flexibility exercises to improve overall fitness and prevent injuries.
