Our Training Intensity Review is for everyone, whether just starting out and wanting to put a good effective plan together or maybe a seasoned runner who is just running steady miles all week, perhaps you're at the top of your game and wondering how you can make those marginal gains.
 
We will review the last 12 weeks of your running for you, get you out of bad habits that have developed through time.

- do you go hard every run?

- No rest days! 

- do you run with the dog, nice and steady every day but want to get quicker? 

For some people maintaining is what they want and a nice head clearing exercise is exactly what you need but if you are looking to push harder then let us review your running for you now.
