Proper running form not only allows you to cover more ground quickly, but also reduces the risk of injury.

There are a number of different techniques that you can use to improve your running performance. Our plans are a minimum of 6 weeks due to the nature of how difficult it can be to change the habit of a lifetime.

We start with an introduction session where we use video analysis of what your technique looks like right now, identifying exactly what needs to be changed and then work with you in person to get it corrected
