I want to help as many people as I can to achieve their goals so my coaching is not limited by location.  Whether you have a Marathon or your first 5k or maybe you want that upper hand in another sport, I will work closely with you to provide structured plans and ongoing support suited around your lifestyle and goals. Following your initial free consultation, I will provide you with a tailored training plan on an easy to use App. Some of the benefits include

Technique Assessment

Looking for that marginal gain?Most people have rarely seen themselves running, so whether you're just getting started or you're a seasoned runner, mastering the art of running technique is essential for improving your performance. Proper running form not only allows you to cover more ground quickly, but also reduces the risk of injury.

There are a number of different techniques that you can use to improve your running performance. 
Our plans are a minimum of 6 weeks due to the nature of how difficult it can be to change the habit of a lifetime.

We start with an introduction session where we use video analysis of what your technique looks like right now, identifying exactly what needs to be changed and then work with you in person to get it corrected



 

1-2/15 Training

Some people like training with friends!

If it is a group of friends, A full football team, a gym class, or just an individual.. we have got you covered. 
 
The Group sessions come in all forms and we can assist you in developing exactly what your Group Session looks like.

Training Intensity Review
 
Quality or Quantity? 

Our Training Intensity Review is for everyone, whether just starting out and wanting to put a good effective plan together or maybe a seasoned runner who is just running steady miles all week, perhaps you're at the top of your game and wondering how you can make those marginal gains.
 
We will review the last 12 weeks of your running for you, get you out of bad habits that have developed through time.

- do you go hard every run?

- No rest days! 

- do you run with the dog, nice and steady every day but want to get quicker? 


For some people maintaining is what they want and a nice head clearing exercise is exactly what you need but if you are looking to push harder then let us review your running for you now. 

 

Hyrox Athletes Programme

Available both online and in person!

Post Event Training Plan

so that is it, the event you trained so hard for is all complete! Well done! but what now? Fall off the wagon, no direction, months of having that one goal all accumulated in a successful day but are you just going to let that all go now? Why not try one of our post event plans to keep you on the fitness and running hype while you plan your next moveover 50% of people who complete an event find themselves back at square one 6 months later through little to no direction.. be in the right 50%
